Our Subdivision Spaces
Our residential spaces are designed to encourage healthy outdoor habits, secure recreational environments, and foster civic camaraderie. The HOA continuously operates, repairs, and monitors these spaces in alignment with the physical security requirements of Barangay Dicklum, Manolo Fortich.
Subdivision Front Entrance
Serving as the central community center, our open clubhouse pavilion hosts official HOA general assemblies, local holiday events, and can be rented by homeowners for private family birthday celebrations and parties.
Multi-Purpose Hall
Features a professional-grade backboard layout, clean concrete flooring, and strong metal roofing to shelter games from extreme heat or afternoon rain. Used regularly for community sports tournaments and wellness exercise clinics.
Children's Eco-Playground & Park
A manicured green area equipped with kid-safe slides, secure swing configurations, and benches under cool mahogany trees. Completely enclosed by soft safety hedges to keep toddlers away from subdivision roadways.
